HTS-PM05X Series Ceramic Pressure Transmitter

The HTS-PM05X series is a high-performance pressure transmitter utilizing a ceramic pressure sensor as its sensing element. These sensors are oil-free; pressure acts directly on the front of the ceramic diaphragm, causing slight deformation. A thick-film circuit printed on the back of the diaphragm forms a Wheatstone bridge.  Leveraging the piezoresistive effect of the resistors, the pressure is converted into a voltage signal; subsequently, through highly reliable amplification circuitry and precise temperature compensation, the pressure of the measured medium is converted into a standard industrial output signal.
