HTS-IMU-LP2 is an inertial measurement unit (IMU) based on micro-technology (MEMS). The system consists of built-in three-axis MEMS gyroscope, three-axis MEMS accelerometer, three-axis magnetometer and an atmospheric pressure sensor, its pickup circuit, temperature sensor, digital signal processing circuit, structure and software etc.
