What is a quartz accelerometer? How does quartz accelerometer work?

Quartz flexible accelerometers are single-axis gravity accelerometers, which are characterized by simple structure, small size, high accuracy and sensitivity, and high reliability.

The quartz flexible accelererometer sensor is a single-axis torque feedback accelerometer. It detects the external acceleration signal by detecting the mass, and then demodulates and amplifies it through the servo circuit, and finally outputs a current signal proportional to the acceleration signal. Products are widely used in aerospace high-precision inertial navigation systems, gas and oil well inclination measurement or geological exploration strapdown systems.

Gas and oil drilling field (application of quartz accelerometer)

Quartz accelerometer is one of accelerometers which with simple structure, high performance, small size and competitive price. Our HTS-JA6 is specially designed for gas or oil drilling and logging system, it features with high working temperature and high performance. Its working temperature can reach 180 ℃, and its size is Ф18.2X16m. with these advantages of quartz accelerometer HTS-JA6, it can overcome complicated working environmental difficulties, it can greatly improve the exploration efficiency.

Aerospace and aviation navigation system (application of quartz accelerometer)

The inertial navigation system is an auxiliary navigation system that uses accelerometers and gyroscopes to measure the acceleration and angular velocity of objects, and uses computers to continuously estimate the position, attitude and speed of moving objects. Our HTS-JA2 is a high performance quartz accelerometer, its bias stability is 10-30μg, big range 70g, it can work for the inertial system and provide the accurate data.
