This miniature, rugged gyroscope is suitable for an extremely wide range of applications. The MGZ series mems gyro chips offer a user-selectable rate range from 100°/s to 8000°/s, with a high rate range version available (up to 10800°/s).

The MGZ series mems gyro chips offer excellent stability over time and temperature, with high precision bias stability (10 s) less than 0.1 deg/hr. This guarantees the level of accuracy required by the most advanced motion-based applications. And the package size of mems gyro chips is 11*11*2 mm.
